Shadow ops is an orginachion made at the foundachion of the Dark Aliance. they were set up as a covert dervichion as the alainces spy/assain/cammdo unit Dark Convoy belived they were all wiped out during a battile at the dark alainces unioun world when the as it was called back then black ops bilding was anilited in atechil fackit
Shadow ops know all and see all nouthing is hidon from them they also have sleaper agents and spys in all the fachions abile to keep them informed about anthing that happones.
